We engage in periodic investments to enhance our production capacity, offering flexible mechanical and metal carpentry.
We upgraded our production infrastructure with the acquisition of large, state-of-the-art machinery, in particular for the mechanical and piping divisions.
Universal bi-rotary head with a speed of 3,000 rpm and a power of 50 kW, controlled by the “ECS 2400” CNC that simultaneously controls as many as 5 axes.
The machine is connected to a CAD-CAM system for automatic programming and management of the
Turntable of 2,500×2,500 mm with a load capacity of 10,000 kg, continuously controlled by CNC.

Its versatility is highlighted by the presence of a spindle ram that allows both milling and turning operations at a maximum speed of 4,000 rpm. The lathe is equipped with a tool changer that allows both turning and milling and drilling, ensuring high efficiency in machining.
